Registering as coach/staff/volunteer

All team staff (coach, assistant coach, trainer, manager, on ice helpers, dressing room monitors, clinic instructors) must register on RAMP each and every season. This is a requirement to be added to a roster. 

How to register on RAMP as staff/volunteer:

1. Log in to RAMP. If you have registered your daughter for the season, use the same account. 
2. On the main menu, go to 'My Family Members'. If you are not added already, go to 'Add Family Member'. Enter your information. If you do not have an NCCP#, just enter 1234.
3. Next go to 'Register', 'Coach/Staff Registration'. then choose yourself as the family member. Enter all information and press submit at the end. If you are an on ice helper (for practices) enter yourself as staff. 

Note that all bench staff must complete the required courses as per the OWHA Team Official Qualification Requirements. All courses/clinics for coaches and trainers can be found under the 'Bench Staff' tab.

Once each clinic is completed, please advise the Director of Risk and Safety.

Receipts can be sent to the Treasurer for reimbursement based on the CGHA Reimbursement Policy.
