As part of this application process and in the event that I am a successful applicant:
- I will read and comply with all rules and regulations of the CGHA, OWHA and all governing bodies.
- I will undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) if I haven't already and complete an online declaration yearly.
- I confirm to the best of my knowledge that there are no outstanding warrants, convictions, or other negative police contact that would make me unsuitable for this position.
- I will take the trainer's course 1 online, if I do not already have the qualification.
- I agree to complete the mandatory Respect in Sport (RiS) - Activity Leaders and Gender Expression and Identity courses
- I understand that the Coaches Selection Committee (CSC) may contact other members of the CGHA and other associations concerning this application.
